Since this product was offered I have used ultraflex from Driwear and they are just the best for fit, wear, comfort, and solving the problem of no leaks. the colors do not last that long but they are still fun for a variety and worth the extra. they are not cheap but as a excellent product with great service i do recomment the ultraflex pants. i am not sure what the tall cut means as i use the regular and order many every year. Now here is a special pretty I Love. Think of them as TALL pants and so comfy. Get a tad weak with delight when I put these on. Again good quality and delightful item.
